11:30am: Shake, Cuts
1:00pm: ST, Nitro
1:30pm: Gym
3:30pm: Shake, Nitro
4:30pm: Grilled Chicken and hot sauce on potato roll
This would end up being pretty much the only solid food I'd eat all day.
Mostly going to cover my diet, but this is going to start becoming a place for me to throw around my thoughts while no one reads it or gives a shit! Win/Win!
