9:15am: Turkey, egg whites, cheese and hot sauce on whole wheat.
10:15am: Tbsp. peanut butter
12:00pm: Half Subway Club on Whole Wheat (Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, peppers [jalapeno, green, banana], sweet onion dressing).
12:30-1:30pm: Snacking on some broccoli and green beans. AKA trying not to pass out forehead first on my keyboard.
2:15pm: Two tbsp. peanut butter
2:45pm: Muscle Milk Light (8.25 oz.)
6:00pm: Other half of Subway Club
8:00pm: Gym
9:30pm: Shake
*Gym time wasn't the greatest. Did some warm-up cardio, worked out then did a mile at a good pace because I felt like the workout sucked. The cardio after the workout definitely hurt me up a little bit - but in a good way. I really have a lot of work to do though.
