Was at The Learning Center all day for an 8 hour class. Long day but was able to log everything I ate in my notebook. Today was the first day I felt like I had a clear understanding of what I wanted to eat and when. I was able to time things nicely and was able to keep my calories low. I have a feeling it's going to get a lot easier a month in now - I've got a much better idea of what I want to accomplish and how to get there. Each meal has to have a meaning, and my cardio has got to increase. Was able to run after my lift tonight so today has been a very productive day, one of the better ones so far..
5:30am: Shake, Cuts
7:00am: 4 Egg whites
8:00am: Cup of oatmeal, 1 1/2 Splenda
8:30am: Sugar Free Red Bull (16oz.)
10:30am: Protein bar
11:45am: Turkey on whole wheat (lettuce, tomato, peppers, honey mustard)
2:00pm: Sugar Free Red Bull (12oz.) (It was a long day, okay?)
5:00pm: MRP Shake (1 cup skim milk, 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cup oats, ice and water - blended)
GYM
9:30pm: PWO Shake
10:30pm: 1/2 cup cottage cheese
Ended the day around 1,750 calories, with exercise netted about 1,250.
