Alright, again, about the last week the diet has looked pretty bad... I'm straightening out though. My schedule/routine has been completely blown up by this storm we had this last weekend and the city still hasn't gotten it all fixed yet.. Today was much more normal, trains were fine and I was at work on time! Last night got in a really good chest workout, have an off night tonight so I plan on resting up..
6:30am: Shake
9:00am: Subway BMT (Needed the extra calories)
12:00pm: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, honey mustard on whole wheat
