Another slow start to the day, and I'm convinced until I step foot back in the gym, my mornings are going to continue to disappoint.

6:00am: Half of a Gatorade AM

9:15am: Turkey, egg whites, cheese, hot sauce on whole wheat

12:00pm: Tuna melt on whole wheat (Half)

2:00pm: Half chili/rice/onions

4:00pm: Tuna melt on whole wheat (Half)

8:00pm: GYM

9:45pm: Shake

10:30pm: 2 pieces grilled chicken
