6:15am: Everything bagel, cream cheese

9:15am: Subway breakfast BMT 6" flatbread

12:00pm: Chicken Souvlaki w/ hot sauce and white sauce, lettuce, tomato and onion

6:00pm: Slice of grandma's meatloaf, couple pieces of turkey (and two pieces of bacon, damn)

8:30pm: GYM

10:00pm: Shake

10:45pm: UniSyn, oats, PB, glutamine blended
