6:15am: Shake, cuts (Late start today)

9:15am: 4 Egg whites, whole wheat toast, hot sauce.

12:00pm: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, honey mustard on whole wheat.

2:00pm: Sugar free Red Bull (12oz.)

2:15pm: 1oz. almonds

2:45pm: GH Stack

6:00pm: 1 cup chili, 1/4 cup shredded cheese

8:00pm: 1 cup chili

10:00pm: Bed!

Wasn't the end of the day I was looking for in terms of eating, but it was a much needed night off from the gym and I got to bed relatively early, trying to kick this sickness thing. Ended the day around 1600 calories.
