5:30am: Shake, Cuts
6:15am: MRP Shake (Whey, oats, peanut butter, skim milk, glutamine, ice - blended)
6:20am: Got ready for work.
6:30am: Walked out the door.
6:45am: Train platform - "Oh shit. Forgot my phone. Damn."
7:45am: Walking to desk - "Oh, okay. No watch either today? Nice job so far."
I've only been at work for a half hour, and not having my phone is killing me. Everytime I think about grabbing it for something I feel so disappointed in myself for forgetting it. It's really the only thing I consider a necessity at work. I don't know how anyone survived without phones. I was alive and I don't even know what the world was like 10 years ago.
9:15am: Turkey, egg whites, cheese and hot sauce on whole wheat
11:45am: Subway oven roasted chicken, banana peppers, jalapenos, lettuce, pickles, onions, fat free honey mustard - 100% disappointed today from the idiots at Subway. Basically two skinny ass grilled chicken tenders on one side, toppings on the other. It was like half chicken half veggie delight. I had to eat one half like a shitty piece of corn on the cob. Unacceptable. Subway is on a 2 day suspension from my lunch options.
2:15pm: Absolutely hate myself for forgetting my phone..
3:30pm: 2 tbsps. peanut butter
4:15pm: Cuts
