9:30am: Turkey, egg white, cheese and hot sauce on whole wheat

1:00pm: Subway oven roasted chicken 6"

3:45pm: Subway oven roasted chicken 6" (both whole wheat)

8:300pm: Gym

10:00pm: Shake

10:15pm: Small cup mac and cheese
