Starting to count calories.. I hate it but with some apps and online things it's pretty easy.. Going to try and keep it around 1800 a day. It's cutting a lot, but I want to really increase the weight loss over the next 3-4 weeks to see what happens and how my body reacts.
5:45am: Shake, Cuts
9:15am: Egg whites, hot sauce on whole wheat (lost the turkey and cheese off the regular sandwich)
11:45pm: Subway (half sandwich) Oven Roasted Chicken (lettuce, peppers, pickles, fat-free honey mustard)
3:00pm: Other half of sandwich
3:30pm: 2 tbsps peanut butter
6:00pm: 1 cup chili w/ .25 cup shredded cheese
7:30pm: Gym supps
GYM
10:30pm: Shake, shower, bed.
Ended the day around 1,860 but with exercise about 1,400 netted.
