6:00am: Protein shake
9:00am: Egg whites, whole wheat, hot sauce.
10:15am: 1oz. almonds
12:00pm: Cup of chili
3:00pm: "Pure Protein" bar
6:00pm: Protein shake
7:30pm: Slice meatloaf, mashed - slight cheat, huh?
It was only 24 hours ago and can't remember if I had anything else..
