9:30am: Turkey, egg white, whole wheat with cheese and hot sauce

12:30pm: Subway - turkey, whole wheat

2:45pm: Shake

5:30pm: Chili

7:30pm: GYM

10:00pm: Shake

11:00pm: MRP Shake (skim, pb, whey, glutamine, ice - blended)
